My order arrived fine in the end, so no big issue there. The tracking just wasn’t very clear, actually. Updates seemed to come in late, and I had to keep checking a few times to figure out where my package was. Customer support did reply, but it wasn’t super quick. Overall not a bad experience, but they could definitely improve the order status updates.

The refund was a bit slow to come through, not gonna lie. I kept checking it, then kind of forgot about it for a bit, but in the end it did get processed. So yeah, took longer than I expected, but it all worked out.

I had a small issue with my order status just sitting there and not updating, which gets annoying because you start wondering if your order has disappeared into some random warehouse black hole.

I contacted Mumzworld support and, to be fair, they replied faster than I expected. The lady who helped me was actually useful too, not one of those copy-paste replies that make you more irritated. She checked the order properly and explained what was going on.

Delivery still took a little longer than I would’ve liked, so yeah, not perfect. But the customer service was good and they handled the problem well, so I’d give them 4 stars overall.

"Promo codes just don’t works right"
It’s been annoying. They shows all these big discounts and promo codes, but once I get to checkout, the code suddenly says it’s invalid or the price change on me. This has happened more than once now. Customer service just send the same basic reply and don’t really fix anything. Feels like I’m just wasting my time trying to shop there.

I ordered a few baby things from Mumzworld and the delivery was totally fine. The only part that was a bit annoying was the after sales support. I had a problem with one item and had to follow up a couple of times before I got a proper answer. They did fix it in the end so it wasn’t a bad experience but it felt slower and more confusing than it should have.

Pretty frustrating experience. I ordered a few baby items because the site showed them as in stock, but after I paid, they suddenly told me some of them weren’t available. I don’t know, it kind of feels like they just don’t update their inventory properly or maybe leave items listed to get orders in. Had to wait around for a refund and then order the stuff somewhere else. I probably won’t use them again.

I ordered from Mumzworld and ended up needing to return one item. The pickup itself was fine, but the refund took forever. I kept having to message support just to find out what was going on, which added unnecessary stress to something that should’ve been simple. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it’s really frustrating when your money is just stuck and you’re left chasing updates.

"Easy to use, but the slow pages can be frustrating"
I usually shop on Mumzworld from my phone, it’s been easy and comfortable to use. The categories are clear, and the search does a good job most of the time, so I don’t feel lost or annoyed trying to find what I need.
The only thing that gets a bit frustrating is that some pages can load slowly, and I really don’t love when the filters reset after I go back. That said, ordering is simple, checkout was smooth, and overall I still feel good using it.

Prices were mostly better than what I’ve seen elsewhere, so that was a nice surprise. The only thing is the delivery fee felt a little high, but overall it still worked out okay.

So... I tried checking out twice, and both times the page just froze right after I entered my card info. There wasn’t any clear error message or anything, and when I came back, the prices in my cart had changed. Super frustrating experience overall. I ended up giving up and ordering from somewhere else

"Arrived on time, box had a little dent"
My mumzworld order showed up on time, and everything inside was fine. I checked each item one by one because I always notice small stuff like loose tape or crushed corners, but all the products were wrapped properly and nothing was missing.
The only thing I noticed was the outer box had a few dents on one side, especially near the bottom corner, probably from delivery. It didn’t damage anything, so not a big deal, but I’d give it 4 stars because the packaging could be a bit sturdier
